By accessing or using thrifthousing.com (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Services

Thrift Housing provides off-market property search and offer-mailing services (“Services”). You submit location, price, and contact data; we return a list of off-market homes, and mail offers on your behalf.

3. User Obligations

• You must provide accurate, truthful information when registering or placing orders.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your contact details.
• You will comply with all applicable laws in using the Services.

4. Payment & Fees

Each mailed offer costs £0.99 as disclosed on the Order page. Payments are processed by Stripe. All fees are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content—text, graphics, logos, and code—are the property of Thrift Housing or its licensors, protected under copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thrift Housing and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or completeness of listings or results. Use at your own risk.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of London.
